The Great Estes Park Duck Race (“Duck Race”) and an approved Merchant Partner (“Partner”) each agree to reciprocally promote each other’s business interests, consistent with the following terms:
- The Duck Race will highlight the Partner on printed collateral distributed to event attendees as well as on posters located throughout the event venue. In addition, the Partner will be included in promotional messaging to adopters and prospective attendees in advance of the event. The Partner may also benefit from informal referrals made by hospitality staff during race day, as well as one ore more mentions during the live audio broadcast.
.. - Partner’s place of business must remain open during the published Duck Race event hours.
. - Partner will donate one or more prizes to the Duck Race, with a total retail value of at least $50.
. - Partner will prominently display promotional material furnished by the Duck Race, such as a poster, window clings and POS/table displays. Promotional materials will be displayed at the Partner’s place of business the week before the race.
. - Partner may create a special offer to duck adopters who visit their place of business on race day, to amplify the promotional impact of the partnership. Any such offer made will be incorporated into the promotions made by the Duck Race.
. - Partner has the option to participate in the event as an exhibitor, at no cost. If the Partner makes that election, the Duck Race will allocate space within its venue for the Partner presence.
