Now called Kickoff Night, the event was originally expected to be in-person but has been changed to Zoom only, in order to avoid having a large group meeting indoors in consideration of COVID concerns.

The race committee strongly recommends that at least one representative from each organization attends the meeting, as there are a number of new processes that will be presented.
